Right now, we’re looking for a creative, high-energy leader to step into the role of UpStreet Production Director. If you love designing unforgettable experiences for kids, leading a dynamic team, and making church the best part of a child's week, this might be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead, recruit, and develop a team of volunteers to create an engaging, impactful large-group experience for elementary-aged kids.

Plan and direct the weekly 30-minute large-group experience, including games, music, and Bible storytelling.

Develop a 6-12 month strategy for UpStreet programming, ensuring alignment with the church-wide calendar.

Stay on the cutting edge of children’s ministry strategies by learning from North Point Ministries and other leading churches.

Champion creativity and engagement, ensuring that UpStreet is an irresistible environment where kids want to return and invite their friends.

Partner with parents, equipping them with resources to reinforce faith conversations at home.
